Electric Cities of Alabama – Uniting Alabama's Electric Cities The Voice of Alabamas Electric Cities Electric Cities of Alabama ECA is proud to serve approximately one million customers in 36 cities across the beautiful state of Alabama. From the Tennessee Valley region in the north to the Gulf and Wiregrass regions in the south ECAs municipally owned electric utilities are proud to offer reliable and low cost electricity. Disaster Assistance ECA serves as the mutual aid coordinator for 36 municipal electric utilities across the state of Alabama. Should the need arise ECA will also coordinate all outofstate requests and response to natural disasters.
