Home - MCSAP Coalition Welcome to MCSAP Coalition We are a coalition of caring community members dedicated to preventing underage drinking marijuana and other drug abuse in Martin County Minnesota. Most students agree drinking alcohol is never a good thing for anyone my age to do. Martin County Students living above the influence of alcohol drugs Talk Early and Talk Often. Parents and other adults should clearly communicate the importance of the consequences of underage drinking marijuana and other drug abuse.
