Free Minds Dallas Free Minds is based on the assumption that rigorous engagement with the humanitiessuch as literature philosophy art history and critical thinkingcan change peoples lives. Frazier Revitalization The Frazier neighborhood is part of the South DallasFair Park community that includes approximately 24000 residents adjacent to Downtown Dallas and South of I30.
