Friends of Children With Special Needs
At our Zoom meeting on August 8, 2025, we are pleased to welcome Ken Prodger and Scott Gill, Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Special Needs Consultant from the Special Needs Planning Group (SNPG), to speak on the topic of “Special Needs Trusts. ” A Special Needs Trust (SNT) is a legal arrangement that allows individuals with disabilities to receive financial support without jeopardizing their eligibility for government benefits such as SSI and Medi-Cal. It is designed to supplement - not replace - public assistance.
