REMOVE BARRIERS TO LONG-ACTING, REVERSIBLE CONTRACEPTIVES (LARC) AND PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS A STEP AHEAD TO MAXIMIZE THEIR POTENTIAL IN THE TRI- CITIES REGION OF NORTHEAST TENNESSEE.
