The mission of Neighborhood Housing Services of the Inland Empire is to create homeownership opportunities, bridge the housing affordability gap, and build sustainable communities of choice one person, one home, and one neighborhood at a time. Over 40 years, we have been dedicated to promoting homeownership for lower income individuals in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, recognizing that homeownership builds community stability by increasing personal and familial wealth, breaking the cycle of poverty, and enhancing civic involvement.
