Encuentros Leadership Home Encuentros Leadership Encuentros Leadership is a nationally recognized award winning response to reversing the underachievement of Latino males. To empower Latino leaders through education. What we do Encuentros Leadership has developed several programs aimed at developing a culturally affirming environment for students and their families. Using culturally responsive pedagogy we cultivate in our students a college completing mentality and emphasize the importance of advocating for social justice and equity in education and society.
