Nashville Gaelic Athletic Club

The club was founded in 2013 by enthusiasts who were drawn to Gaelic sports such as hurling and Gaelic football. Its roots trace back to a group of students from Middle Tennessee State University who fell in love with hurling, eventually joining the club after its inception by John Watson and Anji Wall. The club's colors are inspired by the Blackrock GAA in Cork City.
Activities and Events
Nashville GAC actively participates in various Gaelic games, including Gaelic football and hurling. The club has hosted several successful invitational tournaments, featuring teams from neighboring cities like Memphis and Atlanta. These events help expose a wider audience to Gaelic sports, as highlighted by their involvement in the County Sumner Irish Festival, which drew over 2,300 visitors.
