Upper Saddle River Basketball – Save Time Communicating with Your Team Upper Saddle River Basketball The USR Recreation basketball program offers youth clinics to boys and girls from PreK through 2nd grade andleague play from 3rd through 8th grade. All USR residents are eligible to participate in the USR Basketballprograms. Both clinics and league groups are organized by grade and coached by volunteer coaches. Theprograms are designed to develop basketball skills in a fun and competitive environment.
