TO ASSIST AND HELP REMEDY THE GROWING SHORTFALL OF FOSTER CARE HOMES IN THE COMMUNITY BY RECRUITING AND SUPPORTING A NETWORK OF FOSTER CARE HOMES FOR CHILDREN NEEDING A SAFE PLACE TO STAY DURING TIMES OF TRAUMA & TRANSITION.
