Advising Generation Z A Mentoring Program

Follow Message Edit

Advising Generation Z is a 501c3 mentoring program for young people ages 10-26. To challenge today’s youth to work hard together and create a better life for themselves and their community. The organization attempts to moderate the negative impacts of indifference and lack of available social skill services for the youth population of North Texas. We offer many opportunities for the reduction of negative behaviors and activities among today’s young adults through life skills training and character development. In order to address the specific needs of our students, our organization has established a mentoring program for girls named “Lipstick Ready” and a separate program for boys named “Shepherds of Healing”. The program offers social skill sessions to youth between the ages of 8 to 19. The sessions are conducted by Millennials between the ages of 21 to 30.

Advising Generation Z A Mentoring Program

@advisinggenerationz @disciplinereimagined (DRJ) would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to @ap_ranch for serving as our incredible venue sponsor for the inaugural Boys Making Moves Summit powered by @advisinggenzapp In partnership with @calldialcare and @FWMilitary, we brought together 210 boys from school districts and juvenile justice programs for a powerful day of male empowerment, mentorship, and celebration. These young men were hand-selected as a reward for their commitment to positive behavior, perfect attendance, and academic success. This event aligned perfectly with CEO @kristengeez vision for all AGZ’S programs—to equip youth-serving organizations with a cross-sector approach to building safer schools, stronger communities, and a future-ready workforce.
