The Win Project – Re-Developing America is a Win

The WIN Project is dedicated primarily to the promotion of the general welfare and economic development of low and moderate-income groups with special focus on the population of families falling within 30% to 60% median incomes. Those in this group realize that the cost of housing can be a family's single largest expense. Many families spend over 50% of their wages on housing and are forced to move if they incur rent increases. Research has shown that such unstable living conditions can be devastating to the children as well as the parents experiencing this kind of housing crisis. In the Southern California area, families are being forced to live in overcrowded conditions and substandard housing while waiting in excess of 10 years for government subsidies which are decreasing.

ReDeveloping America is a Win WHAT OUR PROGRAM OFFERS The WIN Project Program offers 25 years of experience as a nonprofit developer specializing in highimpact affordable and general housing development projects in urban neighborhoods working as a partner to private developers and other developer agencies and municipalities. 100 affordable housing development will be built to affordability standards using the HUD HOMES guidelines for resale pricing and household income limits. In addition the WIN Project will work closely with Los Angeles County to assist lowincome home buyers in accessing special homeownership programs including First Home Mortgage Program and Home Ownership Program. Homeownership Is Social Justice Homeownership needs to be a policy priority for anyone concerned with graduation rates crime or poverty in the state.
