I am an agent for love here to remind myself and others to b | HUMAN | e. Our specific social change contribution is through positive youth development (PYD). Our mental health strategy is based on a "transformative mental health" framework and includes holistic practices and meditative disciplines. Thanks to this, we can tailor evidence-based approaches to our communities. For service users from black, indigenous, or diverse backgrounds (BIPOC), holistic practices blend the finest elements of conventional mental health care with complementary and alternative modalities to provide preventive, all-encompassing care. Remedies for the mind-body connection are part of complementary and alternative assistance.
