We are the county's Designated Arts Agency. Mission: To promote the cultural arts in Indian River County through education, collaboration, marketing, and advocacy as well as promoting cultural tourism through the popular and abundant arts and culture available in our county. Vision: To enrich the lives of people in our county, both residents and visitors, through the arts and cultural experiences.

LABEL COMPETITION WINNER Congratulations to Merana Cadorette winner of the communitywide label design competition. By popular vote Merana39s artwork was selected to be the label on a limited edition signature vodka called Paradise Spirit created by Indian River Distillery as a special batch. For a limited time and while supplies last donations of 50 or more to the Cultural Council of Indian River County will receive a bottle of Paradise Spirit as a thankyou gift.
