NCCJ explores the root causes of bias, attitudes and prejudice behaviors that often result in low self-esteem, violence, self hate and discrimination. Through the use of experiential learning, conflict resolution and advocacy NCCJ empowers individual to create lasting change. Our primary goal is to build bridges across racial and ethnic divides and promote understanding and respect among all races, religions and cultures.
