RETIREMENT HOUSING FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED TO DEVELOP, BUILD, EQUIP, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND ACCESSORY FACILITIES. RELATED TO THIS, VPH ADULT RETIREMENT CENTER ALSO HOLDS A ROLE AS A FINANCING ARM OF A LOW INCOME HOUSING PARTNERSHIP AS THE SOLE MEMBER OF VISTAS RHF HOUSING, LLC.
