Visually Impaired Persons of Charlotte County Florida exists to help people cope with impaired vision by providing free education, training and assistance according to nationally recognized standards which allows clients to lead a more independent lifestyle. Our mission is to educate and support the Visually Impaired to help regain the control of their life that severe vision loss seems to take away. We strive to keep our visually impaired clients in their homes as independent and safe for as long as possible.
