Since 2006, the mission of Sapphire Therapeutic Services, Inc. is to provide healing development and empowerment to children, individuals, and families in Texas. Our programs are aimed at closing the socio-economic gaps in mental health and matriculation to help indigent families and their children reach their fullest potential.
