Guide N Grow HER Guide N Grow HER What is Guide N Grow HER. 36 of 13 yearsold girls describe themselves as confident compared to only 23of 18 yearolds. At age 13 42 of girls select smart as one of their top characteristics compared to only 28 of 18yearolds. As young girls age especially between the ages 14 and 18 their confidence level drops drastically.
