The Wellshare Program is a national nonprofit organization that provides emergency addiction treatment funding and education for under-served and at-risk individuals suffering from Substance Use Disorder. Educational campaigns and community fund-raising events aim to eliminate SUD stigma that is a barrier to treatment and recovery. The WellShare Program was launched in response to the dangerous lack of funding and support for substance-affected people in the surging drug and overdose epidemic in America. It is our mission to raise funds to provide emergency treatment help and recovery options that honor a philosophy of “all paths to recovery,” and to unite communities to work together to eradicate the stigma and shame that is a barrier to treatment.
