About Us Angels of Refuge AOR is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2005. Our mission is to provide mentoring for atrisk youth drug and sex awareness teen pregnancy prevention and intervention life skills and adult preparation services for ages 1222. It is our goal to intervene in the lives of overlooked and underserved populations of atrisk youth and refugees.
