Private Essential Access Community Hospitals represents community safety net hospitals serving significant numbers of low-income and uninsured Californians. Private Essential Access Community Hospitals (PEACH) is the statewide association representing California’s community safety net hospitals that care for a disproportionate share of low-income, medically vulnerable patients. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE CONCERNS AND IMPACT OF GOVERNMENTAL ACTIONS ON PRIVATELY OWNED HOSPITALS THAT SERVE A DISPROPORTIONATE SHARE OF LOW INCOME/UNINSURED PATIENTS.
