A small group of people in Bisbee Arizona saw the need to help unwanted and abandoned pets and that the shelters struggled to get the animals noticed and adopted. Those first fosters for Border Animal Rescue opened their homes their hearts and their wallets to take care of those animals and to help place those animals in their forever homes.
