Help & Support for Disabled Children & Their Families in Alabama Family builds success Families face worrying stress always travel and appointments Family Support Individual Family Support of South Alabama Inc. was created in January 1994 as a nonprofit corporation designed to serve Alabamians with disabilities and their family. Click here to learn more. Assistance is provided to Alabamas families who have a child with a developmental disability or traumatic brain injury through local volunteer councils.
