THE MISSION OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE TO ENHANCE DIVERSITY AND ELIMINATE PREJUDICE TO BUILD COMMUNITY AND REDUCE NEIGHBORHOOD TENSIONS, AND TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND COMBAT COMMUNITY DETERIORATION BY REVITALIZING THE DISTRESSED AREA OF WILLIMANTIC, CT, THROUGH STREETFESTS, EDUCATION, SUPPORT OF THE ARTS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS.
