- Hendersonville Citizens Police Adacemy Supporting our local Law Enforcement Welcome to the Hendersonville CitizensPolice Academy Our dedicated members and volunteers work to support our law enforcement officers while fostering a positive relationship between Hendersonville Police Department and our community. The HCPAA works to raise funds to meet the needs of the police department which fall outside of current budget. Additionally we provide an avenue for our community to better understand and appreciate the daily sacrifice made by our law enforcement officers.
