THE PURPOSE IS TO ESTABLISH AN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH ORGANIZATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF I.V. VEGETABLE GROWERS. THE ORGANIZATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TESTING OF LETTUCE SEED FOR THE CONTROL OF THE MOSAIC VIRUS.
