I still love being a nurse and am just as enthusiastic as when I started in 1984.” Advice for new nurses: “Believe in yourself, because I believe in you. Nursing is challenging and difficult at times — face each day with courage and kindness.” Current obsession: Knitting projects 🧶 Mantras: “Stay calm and carry on.” “Just breathe...” Favorite way to relax: “I love a campfire and looking up at the moon.
