THE COALITION OF BLACK MEN We are Black Men representing various professions and life experiences in the Portland Metro area who are working to empower our people through advocacy education and community programming. OUR OBJECTIVES Foster bonds amongBlack men Serve the needs ofBlack youth Improve the quality of life economic development in the Black community WEVE BEEN DOING THIS A LONG TIME Its YOUR time Join us in making a difference in the lives of our youth our community and our city. Your program has aided the development of my sons mental acuity encouraged him to step outside his comfort zone taught him not to limit himself to cultural norms and most importantly taught him to be proud of the young man he is becoming. Faubion Elementary Parent The Coalition has always been willing and ready to help us in serving the sickle cell warriors of our community.
