Cougar Cookers is a 501c3 organization supported by alumni and friends of the University of Houston. We participate in the Rodeo CookOff to show our appreciation for the support that is given to higher education by the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Participation in this event also provides a wonderful opportunity to showcase the University of Houstons own Texas style festival Frontier Fiesta.
