Senior Dog Rescue of Oregon

Senior Dog Rescue of Oregon is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to rescue senior dogs aged 6 and older. We are a volunteer-driven, donor-funded organization. We do not have a shelter. All dogs are fostered. Senior Dog Rescue of Oregon promotes the well-being, safety, and care of older dogs. Our mission is to find new homes for dogs aged 6 and older who are homeless or in unhealthy or unsustainable homes so that they may spend the remainder of their lives in positive, loving homes. Our volunteer staff is made up of a hands-on board of directors and a team of experienced and committed volunteers. New volunteers are always welcome. SDRO is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

If you are looking for a furry companion to spend your days with but prefer a quieter lifestyle look no further than adopting a senior dog.
