C&S Cares for Communities is a dynamic nonprofit founded in 2015, originally emerging from D&T Group's outreach efforts and now shining as a beacon of hope for Harris County's underserved communities. Our mission is clear: to bridge the gap in crucial healthcare and economic empowerment disparities among these marginalized groups. One of our flagship programs, "The Save A Life Health Initiative," is designed to offer immediate access to life-saving care and resources, coupled with educating community members about their health status through free screenings. This initiative not only guides individuals toward necessary care but also emphasizes preventive measures for long-term wellness.
