Honoring Loudouns Women and Girls The Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls LCWAG is a nonprofit nonpartisan nonpolitical organization that promotes leadership development and fosters an inclusive community for Loudouns women and girls through education collaboration and empowerment. LCWAG is an independent 501c3 nonprofit organization funded through grants and generous private donations. Loudoun Chambers Nonprofit of the Year In November 2023 LCWAG was honored to receive the prestigious Nonprofit of the Year Award from the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce. From our humble beginnings we are excited at the growth of the organization and the bright future ahead.
