We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides exercise classes day camps and social opportunities that inspire individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live a healthier more fulfilling lifestyle. Group Exercise Our exercise classes are designed to promote both fitness and socialization. Each session includes a warmup fun games and a focus on general fitness such as strength agility coordination balance and teamwork.
