Today the growing collection features bonsai masterpieces and viewing stones from noted artists throughout the region and is curated by Ted Matson. Visit the website Bonsai Garden atLake Merritt The garden is home to some of the finest bonsai in Northern California. Northern Californias only public bonsai collection has been located in The Gardens at Lake Merritt Oaklands Lakeside Park since November 6 1999.
