Youth Advocates and Gang Experts in CriminalJuvenile Proceedings Youth Advocates and Gang Experts in CriminalJuvenile Proceedings About Us Mission Our mission is to advocate for youth in California as gang experts in criminaljuvenile proceedings in the Juvenile Justice System and by providing traumahealing informed care as an alternative to punishment and incarceration as credible messengers with lived experience. JJAC provides mentorship support and rehabilitative programs to youth incarcerated in both San Diego and Los Angeles Juvenile Detention Facilities as well as within the community.
