Fourth Street Clinic’s CEO, Janida Emerson, Medical Director, Van Aston, and Outreach Medical Support Manager, Adam Wride were honored to attend the signing of H.B. 14 Emergency Services Personnel Amendments! This bill allows licensed emergency medical service personnel to provide care in non-911 situations, reducing emergency calls and helping people receive the care they need.
