TO EDUCATE, TRAIN AND PLACE CURRENT AND/OR PROSPECTIVE WORKERS IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION TRADES WITH A FOCUS ON ADULTS, MINORITY POPULATIONS, AND YOUTH LEARNING EXPERIENCES AND MENTORSHIP.
