SMC FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO ENCOURAGE PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT AND PLAYS A ROLE IN PROVIDING FUNDS NECESSARY FOR CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF FACILITIES, FOR PURCHASING EQUIPMENT, PROVIDING HEALTH EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR EMPLOYEES, PATIENTS, AND THE COMMUNITY AND SUPPORTING OTHER PROGRAMS AS NEEDED THAT SMC SUPPORTS.
