Austro-American Association of Boston – Promoting Austrian culture and hospitality in New England Home Founded in Boston in 1944and incorporated in 1970 the nonprofit AustroAmerican Association was established to further the interest in Austria and Austrian culture and promote AustrianAmerican friendship. Austrian and American members participate in a wide variety of social and cultural programs. In recent years events such as lectures concerts holiday celebrations boat cruises Stammtische1andHeurigewere frequently accompanied by fine Austrian cuisine. AScholarship Fundprovides grants to scholars and artists in support of projects related to Austrian culture.
