The Things Network New York, Inc.
We are creating a community-owned open-source wireless data network for remote sensing based on The Things Network and LoRaWAN technology. We are placing gateways throughout the metropolitan NYC area; we are training technologists, activists, researchers, and students in the use of the technology; and we are providing architectural and implementation support to projects using the network. In addition, we are supporting other organizations in the western hemisphere who want help in doing similar projects in their areas.
