WE WORK INSIDE DETENTION CENTERS AND WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS OUTSIDE TO FACILITATE THE ENTIRE RE-ENTRY PROCESS WE DIRECT THE RECENTLY RELEASED TO ESSENTIAL COMMUNITY SERVICES AND SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAMS, AND WE CONNECT LOCAL EMPLOYERS WITH READY-TO-WORK TALENT FROM WHICH THEY BENEFIT BOTH FINANCIALLY AND CULTURALLY.
