Haven is a nonprofit organization offering a haven a place of safety refuge a place offering favorable opportunities to underprivileged youth to learn grow breathe and create opportunities through the sport of fitness within a healthy and active community. Our Story Our Story Health and fitness completely changed my life. I found relief from my anxiety a way to fill my addictive personality in a positive way my best friends and a confidence in who I am. Since I worked in a gym in downtown Detroit I had been looking for a way to help other people become happier and healthier people the way I did.
