Our Story Our Story Health and fitness completely changed my life. I found relief from my anxiety a way to fill my addictive personality in a positive way my best friends and a confidence in who I am. Since I worked in a gym in downtown Detroit I had been looking for a way to help other people become happier and healthier people the way I did.
