We also provide holistic non-medical support and education for children and families as they face the various end of life stages. Every day in the United States, there are over 5,000 children that are within the last six months of their lives due to chronic conditions. These children and their families are facing the unimaginable. One of the greatest assets we have in our life are the relationships that we build with family and friends. One Last Gift provides children the ability to offer gifts of thanks, or little expressions of love, to those they love.
