LCADV joins advocates statewide in applauding the Louisiana House of Representatives’ inclusion of $7 million in state funds for domestic violence shelters in the FY26 budget. We urge the Senate to approve an additional $3 million, for a total recurring allocation of $10 million for these life-saving services. (fb)
