The mission of the Burlington City Arts Foundation is to support the activities of Burlington City Arts (BCA, a municipal agency of the City of Burlington) and the region's cultural community with a focus on assuring the resources required by BCA to fulfill its mission. Burlington City Arts’ mission is to nurture a dynamic environment through the arts that makes quality experiences accessible to all regardless of economic, social or physical constraints.
