Impact Foundation-LA has been organized to provide benevolent support services for individuals in need of assistance & guidance. 1-on-1 mentoring & resource references for those who struggle with anxiety, depression &/or substance abuse. The mission of the Chace Taylor Malone ImpactFoundation is to serve individuals and their families in our communities who suffer from anxiety, depression&/or isolation which in turns leads to substance addiction. The foundation accomplishes this by connecting individuals with treatment options and services through a network of established partnerships.
