Home COACH WITH US REGISTER POLICIES AND BYLAWS About San Rafael Youth Soccer The San Rafael Youth Soccer League hasoffereda recreational soccer program for San Rafael youth sinceis establishment in 1979. The purpose of the Club is to educate develop promote and administer a communitybased youth recreational soccer program. Our Club supports over 600 youth players per year in our Fall season. The Club is run by volunteer parents and community members who believe in our mission to offer an exceptional youth soccer program.
