THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO SERVE AND PROMOTE THE INTERESTS OF THE CARWASH INDUSTRY; TO SERVE AS A RALLYING POINT FOR COLLECTIVE ACTIONS BY INDIVIDUAL OPERATORS AND REGIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OF CARWASH OPERATORS ON PROBLEMS AFFECTING THE INDUSTRY AND TO DO WHATEVER IS NECESSARY, PROPER AND LEGITIMATE FOR THE COMMON GOOD AND WELFARE OF THE INDUSTRY.
