Lydia Lerma Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity. Donors can deduct contributions under IRC Section 170 and we can accept tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. Our mission is to support, encourage, and empower parents and survivors of sexual abuse by providing direction to available resources and ongoing support as the family works toward healing and closure.
